Unable to connect to MYOB Cloud file to update data.

Error 1 – Usually a Bad Request HTTP Error 400. The request is badly formed

Resolution

Reset your login access via the DataWise setup steps.

1. Select the correct company and click [Setup] button Click the [Next] button till you get to tab [4 AR Cloud] or [ 4 AR Local ]

2. Refresh the list of available companies. See Step 3. … Click [ Get List Now] You may get the log into MYOB screens come up. Follow the on screen instructions and click [ Refresh ] button to continue. NB: Please watch carefully as the MYOB login may ask you to [Accept] to allow DataWise to access.

3. Reselect the correct file “Again” to overwrite the existing settings.

4. Click Test connection Ensure that the test returns the company details info. An error message will be displayed if it fails. Contact Support@datawise.co.nz if you are unable to resolve the issue.

5. Click [ Next ] till you get back to login screen Log in and start the sync again.
