ESS Statements functions

Review of the buttons and changes from Amy 18/9/2025

Tab 1 = Employee Import

[ Import Employees from selected file.]

Tab 2  = Import from Excel

[Create ESS Text file]

[Look for pdf]

   MWC 20250918 - Button made invisible to user.

   Use in 2023 to move pdf's to different folder.

   User enters the folder where documents are

   Process creates 2 sub folders PDF\ and PDF\PWD

   For each record displayed 

   Look for a matching pdf file

        sSearchFileName     = sFileFrom +  sSurname + sFirstName + "2023.pdf"

        sMoveTo                  = sFilePDF    +  sSurname + sFirstName + "2023.pdf"

     File is then moved

Tab 3  = Email Message 

Place to edit the email message 

Tab 4  = Merge, Print & Email

[Create & Email Individual Employee pdf’s]  changed to [Email Individual Employee pdf]

[ Preview Employee Forms ] made invisible

[Create Single Employee pdf”]  renamed [Create Single PDF”]

Create a single pdf of all the Ess Statements usually to send to employer to check

[Create Individual Employee’s pdf] This is to create individual ESS document.

Creates separate pdf's 

[Alternate File Name]

Uses columns text 15  + text 7 instead of  Text 9 + Text 10 + text 6 to name the file
